351 Hill St gains ground-floor ADU at $1.1M in Noe Valley

The Department of Building Inspection issued a $1.1 million change-of-use permit on February 23 for 351 Hill Street in Noe Valley, converting a single-family residence to a two-family residence through the addition of a ground-level ADU and a vertical addition for a third story.

Per the permit description, the work includes a remodel of the existing single-family residence, a new roof, floor reconfiguration, new windows, a new facade, and new rear decks. The estimated cost was originally $900,000 and was revised to $1,082,860. The two-story wood-frame structure becomes three stories.
